Well, another day done and one day closer to the weekend. (At least my weekend). I will be watching Cooper for one of the days, which is always fun. He is such a great kid and always into something. He learns from everything we do, and is always asking questions.
Work is as always....I'll leave it at that.
We are getting very close to the opening night of Into The Woods, our fall musical. I wish we had more time, but then I always start to freak out that we are not ready, but then we seem to pull it off. I am having a much harder time remembering my lines since there is no continuity to my character. He comes into the action at very irregular times, so it is hard to memorize the lines and timing. We will see what happens.

Great news that Gen. Colin Powell is supporting Sen. Barack Obama for the presidency. I know that it was a very thoughtful choice on his part.

OK, so here goes. Today was OK and also not very busy at work. It is the slow season and I have a hard time finding something constructive to do to pass the time.
There is always cleaning and straightening, but there is only so much or that to do.
I took myself to dinner after work at the Beachcomber for prime Rib night. It is the first time I have been out to dinner in some time since money has been tight, but what the hell.
Since business has been off about 12% this year, there is no way we will be getting a raise. With the cost of everything going up, times are not so much fun, but I have a roof over my head and I could stand to loose a few pounds.
Not much else to report for now. More later.
